Adminify is a healthcare management platform that provides the following services:

• Video consultations between patients and healthcare providers
• Appointment management with QR verification options
• Location directions to healthcare facilities
• Digital prescription management
• Invoice generation and tracking
• Queue management system

We do not provide direct medical services, diagnosis, or treatment. Adminify is a platform that facilitates communication and management between patients and healthcare providers.

3. User Registration and Accounts

Some features of our services may require registration. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the services and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

4. Scope of Services

We provide a management system for healthcare providers and patients. We do not:

• Provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Process payments or handle financial transactions
• Ship or deliver any physical products
• Employ or contract with healthcare providers

Our service is limited to providing the management platform for patient-provider communication and healthcare administration.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree not to:

• Use the services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Adminify, an Adminify employee, another user, or any other person
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the services
• Use the services to transmit or upload any material containing viruses, trojan horses, or other harmful code
• Use the services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use

6. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and process only necessary personal and healthcare information required to provide our services. This includes:

• Patient name and contact information
• Healthcare provider details
• Prescription and medicine details provided by healthcare providers

Upon request, we will delete user data within 3 months of receiving the deletion request.

7. Intellectual Property

The Adminify services, including its original content, features, and functionality, are owned by Adminify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our services without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Adminify services is at your sole risk. The services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no warranty that the services will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis, or that the results that may be obtained from the use of the services will be accurate or reliable.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Adminify be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Adminify and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the services.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms of Use.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms of Use that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
